Foundational Training for Canadian Pipeline Systems
The NASA Corp. Canada foundational training program offers 8 – role specific – training certificate courses.
Each course includes a minimum of 14 hours technical instruction with pre-lecture training modules consisting of code and regulatory structural concepts; a primary lecture addressing mandatory requirements common to all roles in a pipeline lifecycle; and post-lecture modules providing details on the role specific regulatory and code requirements for the student.
Where the student’s role requires more than one certificate, additional post-lecture modules can be ordered after completion of your first full training certificate at a 1/2 fee.
The pre- and post-lecture modules are provided in an on-demand format. The primary lecture is offered live publicly once per year in both Calgary and Edmonton or can be completed at the student’s pace with the on-demand format.
Onsite presentations are available anywhere in Canada for groups of 8 or more students.

Master Class Training for Canadian Pipeline Systems
The NASA Corp. Canada Master Class training series offers targeted advanced level training certificate courses.
Courses are delivered through our on-demand training platform. These courses vary in length between 4 and 12 hours depending on the subject matter being trained. These courses are intended for seasoned industry personnel who are ready to take their experience and understanding of foundational concepts to the next level.
Continuous Mentoring for Canadian Pipeline Systems
The NASA Corp. Canada Continuous Mentoring Program offers subscribers monthly update throughout the code cycle.
Monthly update lectures are delivered through our on-demand platform and include notice of regulatory changes, code changes, rulings, interpretations, and answers to general questions submitted electronically. Monthly content qualifying as technical training is assessed and subscribers receive an annual certificate with CEU credits. Technical training content for this program will average 10 hours year. The program allows pipeliners to keep their code and regulatory training current at all times.
Code Qualification Challenge Exams for Oil and Gas Pipeline Personnel
Do you have the required knowledge, training and experience in your field, but do not hold a Code Qualification certificate? Did you know you can challenge oil and gas industry Code Qualification exams?
When you challenge and pass an pipeline code qualification exam, you will receive a Certificate of Qualification that is recognized on the National Pipeliner Registry. A CPAC certificate will assist you by confirming your code knowledge and comprehension as well as providing nationally verifiable documentation to standardized requirements for employers.
